No Father Left Behind is dedicated to empowering fathers and strengthening families by providing support, resources, and guidance for men seeking to build and restore meaningful relationships with their children, loved ones, and community. Our mission is rooted in compassion, accountability, and the belief that every father has the potential to lead with love and purpose. Few ways you can volunteer is through our Guide-Parent or FatherForce mentoring programs.

Guide-Parent is a volunteer mentor who walks alongside other fathers or justice involved youth on their journey of personal growth, acclimating to their community, and relational healing. Guide-Parents serve as pillars of wisdom, encouragement, and nonjudgmental support. They lead by example and are committed to helping others reclaim their roles and responsibilities with confidence, dignity, and hope.

FatherForce is a community-based partnership that unites fathers and law enforcement officers with one shared mission — to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create safer, more connected communities. Through open dialogue, mentorship, and collaboration, FatherForce provides a space where fathers and officers can learn from one another, bridge cultural and generational divides, and model positive leadership for our youth.
At its core, FatherForce believes that when fathers and officers stand together, they create powerful change transforming misunderstanding into connection, and enforcement into empathy.
